When you use Knowbler product, it retrieves and retains case and knowledge article data, including their respective metadata. This metadata may include personal information, should customers have provided any specific details within the content of their cases. We collect personal information in connection with the purchase of services or products from us. This information includes payment information such as first name, last name, business/personal email address, and billing and contact details.

Upon visiting the Knowbler website, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to our enterprise newsletters and regular emails after providing consent. The newsletter contains tracking pixels that provide us the information if and when an e-mail was opened.
