San Diego, US, March 14. SearchUnify is attending the ASP Conference on Advanced AI Tools in San Diego and will deliver a session on how AI is set to transform the world of support, focussing on chatbots that leverage search insights.

Hosted by ServiceNow, the conference is a one-of-a-kind gathering of professionals eager to adapt to a rapidly changing industry. The two-day event is scheduled on March 27 and 28 and will be attended by 100 key decision makers from the support world.

“We want to define the future of support by diving deep into the world of AI and chatbots,” says Alok Ramsisaria, CEO, Grazitti Interactive (SearchUnify’s parent company). “We will demonstrate to industry leaders at the conference how AI-powered search helps enterprises deliver relevant responses, accelerate resolution time, and enrich the customer experience.”

“AI is for millennials,” says an upbeat Shivraj Asthana, VP, Strategy. “We are combining NLU and ML with deep analytics to empower support aficionados, who can then tune search results and obtain insights on customer journeys to weave highly personalized relationships — something millennials value highly,” he adds.

This year’s focus is on AI and how it is driving a big change in support and transforming the way businesses help customers. Businesses are betting big on it and companies have already employed chatbots for handling L1 queries and promoting self-service. In addition to providing quick service, it also improves employee productivity. Hence, firms have incorporated AI-based solutions in their support structure to stay ahead of the curve and will be sharing their experiences at this conference.
